Touch less Colon Cleansing has spent nearly 20 years providing trusted, medical-grade colon hydrotherapy and wellness services in Grapevine, TX. Irving is a short drive up the highway, and a good number of the people on our books make that drive regularly — for a first cleanse, for a three-session course, or for a foot detox and a massage on the same visit.
Our clinic is at 3540 Grapevine Mills Blvd N, Ste 122, Grapevine, TX 76051. We are open Monday through Sunday, 8:00am to 7:00pm, which means an Irving client who works weekdays can come in on a Saturday morning or a Sunday afternoon without rearranging their life. Same-day appointments are available.
If you would rather talk before you travel, we offer telehealth. Our staff can meet you over a Zoom presentation for a consultation, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether a session is the right next step for you.
Touchless means you are never touched
The name is literal. We provide the facility, the assistance and the equipmentyou perform your own cleanse. You are alone, gowned, in private, with staff nearby and reachable. Nothing is inserted by anyone else. Nothing happens at a pace you did not choose.
The device is an Angel of Water system, FDA approved, Class II. Water flows gently, waste leaves discreetly, and there is no odor and no mess to manage. Adrin Smith is an I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist, certified in Colon Hydrotherapy at The Awareness Institute of Atlanta, Georgia in 2007, and a CMT — certified massage therapist — since 2011. Our services are medical, Rx, and our experienced medical professionals put your digestive needs first.
Clients ask whether it hurts. It does not. You are in total control the entire time.

Colon Hydrotherapy Consultation Only — 30 minutes, $65
For the person who wants to sit down, ask questions and understand the process before committing to a session. No cleanse, just a conversation and an honest assessment.
1 Colon Hydrotherapy Session — 45 minutes, $150
A single session, suited to a first-timer or to someone who cleanses occasionally — before a trip, after a heavy stretch of travel and restaurant food, or when things simply feel sluggish.
3 Medical Colon Hydrotherapy Sessions — 45 minutes each, $400
A course of three, for clients working through an ongoing digestive concern or preparing under a physician's guidance. Most people who come to us more than once choose this.
Physician's Referral / Bowel & Colon Wellness — 1 hour, free
A full hour at no charge for clients arriving with a referral or wanting a thorough discussion of bowel and colon wellness. Colorectal disease is worth taking seriously early, and this appointment exists so cost is never the reason someone puts off the conversation.
Yoni Vaginal Steam — 30 minutes, $65
A gentle herbal steam session, chosen by women looking for a calming, traditional practice alongside their wellness routine.
Ionic Foot Detox — 30 minutes, $65
Thirty relaxing minutes with your feet in a warm ionic bath. Popular as an add-on for clients who are already in the clinic and want something restful to finish on.
Massage Therapy
Swedish massage, deep tissue, lymphatic, prenatal and much more, from a certified massage therapist. Ask when you book and we will match the style to what your body is asking for.
